
Daffo Green Return & Exchange Policy
Daffo Green strives to provide you with an outstanding product and offers you expedient service at times where the device is below our usual high standards. Please inspect all devices upon arrival for any manufacturer defects. All returned device must be in original factory condition and packed the way it was shipped to you. The device that is used or otherwise damaged is ineligible for replacement or credit. Please email us for any questions that you may have.
Daffo Green will gladly exchange or issue a refund on any item that is returned to us within fifteen days of the item being shipped. Please include a copy of the order to expedite the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We charge a 30% restocking fee.
Please contact our office for a Return Authorization Number and send the device to us by parcel post. Because the post office is responsible for those items during shipping, we recommend shipping insurance. After the assessment, we either credit your account or send you a replacement with your next order, as you prefer.
